Chapter 2 of the Critique of Cosmic Coincidences has presented a complete set of universal constants, together with a reduced set which is sufficient for most purposes. Appendices C, D, E, F and G of the Critique of Cosmic Coincidences provides definitions of the 'coupling constants' which define the strength of the four fundamental forces of physics. Consequently this Appendix merely refers out to these.
